CEO & FOUNDER
Keri T. Roberts, Business Architect and World Traveler, helped form GODNII Eyewear, Otto Schell Advisory Group, Are We Relevant Tomorrow© and R&P Investment Group between 2013 and 2018. While developing these companies with esteemed colleagues she became skilled in Transformation Advising from point of creation to maintaining unlimited business through employing digital drivers such as: IoT, Big Data, Mobile and Cloud technology; digitally connecting services and products to companies in her care. Ms. Roberts has an ever developed understanding of Business Psychology and Marketing. Her range of consultation stretches from business development, ICO advising, digital transformation, private equity fundraising and business acquisitions.
Keri corporately worked for FinTech and a Telecommunication companies before 2018 when R&P solidified its operating partners Lawrence GLenn III, Henry A. Roberts and Keri Roberts. Ms. Roberts was educated through Eastern Michigan University and The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.

Henry A. Roberts, formed Henry A. Roberts & CO. in 1999 to appraise Real Property in the residential and commercial sector. Operating as a Real Estate Appraisal Company over $14,000,000 per year of Appraisal assignments have been performed with the accompany of several junior appraisers and affiliates. The company has sense moved to strictly commercial real estate analysts, development and fund management.
Mr Roberts has been an active participant in real estate analysis, fund raising for real estate acquisitions, property inspection, development, land assessments and management to achieve maximum performance.
Prior to the development of Henry A. Roberts & Co. Mr Roberts work at various real estate companies performing appraisals for HUD, FANNIE MAE and other large mortgage back security companies. Mr Roberts was educated thru Barney Fletcher School of Real Estate Appraisal were he acquired the state requirements to achieve his real estate license and has sense accomplished a real Estate Appraisal Certification.
In conjunction with the aforementioned experiences, Mr Roberts as thorough knowledge of the metropolitan Detroit real estate commercial market place as well as the community network to maximize real estate fund management from acquisition to reversion.
BRANDON SPARKS
FUND MANAGER
Brandon Sparks has spent half of his career as an entrepreneur and the other half as an investment professional. In 2013, Mr. Sparks founded a software company which produces a suite of mobile and web-based applications for spontaneous travel and event transportation. As a founder, Mr. Sparks partnered with Uber Technologies and grew the business to servicing hundreds of travelers per month. Prior to founding a company, Mr. Sparks was an investment professional with the Rice Management Company and The Sterling Group. As an investment professional, he oversaw a multi-billion private equity portfolio and led transactions in the industrial, distribution, and transportation sectors.
Mr. Sparks began his career as an analyst in the Global Energy Group at UBS Investment Bank. Mr. Sparks holds a B.A. in Economics, Government and Legal Studies from Bowdoin College where he captained the varsity football team.
